Program Management

ThreeCore provides clients with program management leadership on an outsourced basis. This allows smaller organizations to minimize fixed costs and helps larger organizations complete more projects in parallel. These resources can be onsite or offsite based upon the needs of the client.

Our process starts with a thorough review of the project and  detailed project requirements documentation. We then develop a timeline is developed based on the resources available to support the program.  A risk assessment is completed prior to initiating the project to anticipate issues and to develop plans to mitigate them.  Once the project begins, ThreeCore’s provides regular updates to management regarding progress, issues, schedule and budget.
