ThreeCore works with the client and the company’s management team to develop a recommendation for the financial institution to exit their day-to-day involvement in the business.  This ranges from bankruptcy and re-organization to the sale of the company to a strategic buyer. ThreeCore’s team will typically provide its client with several options along with the associated advantages, disadvantages, risks, cost and likely timing. We will also make a firm recommendation for our client to consider. Once the client reaches a decision, ThreeCore can assist them with the implementation of their chosen exit strategy.
